We're sorry but we don't even own a slicer. The vast majority of our breads are made in rounds because they bake more evenly and because any bread made in a pan contains some oil from the pan release spray. When we say are bread is 100% fat and oil free, we mean it! Baking it in a round allows us to meet that guarantee. Unfortunately, they haven't created a slicer that will properly slice a round loaf.
